Vendor Registration and User Access Request for Capital Applications

Welcome to the Vendor Registration process associated with Capital Projects at the University of Illinois managed by the University Office of Capital Programs & Real Estate Services (UOCPRES). Completing the Vendor Registration and User Access Request process below will insert your company information into the Vendor Services Application and start the process of granting access to an associated user who will be responsible for the maintenance of the registration record for your vendor. Once the initial registration of the Vendor record has taken place requests for additional users can be submitted by using the same process. User Access Request Information

In March of 2024 the University implemented changes to the process of granting access to Capital Applications to be in compliance with enhanced application security mandates. Information submitted during the registration process will be used by the University to either assign a new University Identification Number (UIN) and NetID or reactivate an existing UIN and NetID from a previous relationship with the University as either an applicant, student, or staff member. This process may require additional information to either verify or refute a potential match to an existing identity and as such may take several business days to complete.   • If your account was created prior to March 20, 2024 using an ID you selected yourself use this Vendor Dashboard link

  • If your account was a NetID assigned to you by the University of Illinois use this Vendor NetID Dashboard link

  • If you need to register, use the Vendor Registration link to initiate the process.

In order for a user to complete the registration process the Federal Tax Identification Number (FTIN) must be provided. If the FTIN already exists in the system a new user record can be added. Otherwise the user will need to complete the registration process for the vendor as well as the user.
